- Can I collect my order from you?
Unfortunately we cannot presently offer this service as the warehouses where we stock our products are specially tailored to be suitable as work environments only, so for health and safety reasons we cannot allow unsupervised access.

- Where can I have my item/s delivered?
We can only send items to the billing address of the cardholder placing the order or a ‘Confirmed’ Paypal address.

- How can I pay for my items?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Delta and Paypal. All payments are secure transactions made via the secure servers of Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay.

- Do you keep my credit card information?
No, under no circumstances do Marquees2buy have access to your credit card information as payment is made securely through the Paypal servers.

- Can I pay over the phone?
We can only presently accept payments through the website, this is a safer and more secure way.

- Can I have a VAT invoice?
We are not VAT registered so we are unable to supply VAT invoices.

- How long will it take for my item/s to be delivered?
Most orders are despatched within 5 working days.

- Who delivers the items?
All items are delivered by private courier not Royal Mail, the actual company will vary depending on your delivery address.

- What happens if I am out when the delivery is made?
A card will be posted through your door with a phone number to call to re-arrange delivery.

- I have not received my item/s yet.
Please allow up to 7 working days from placing the order to receive your item/s. If you have not received your item/s after 7 working days please contact us with your order details.

- I have only received part of my order.
Sometimes different items are sent via different couriers therefore you may not receive all your items together at the same time. If after 7 days you have not received all of your items please contact us.

- I would like to return an item as I have changed my mind.
You will need to return the item to us within 7 days from delivery in perfect re-saleable condition, still in original packaging. Before returning, please contact us stating the reason for return and we will issue a returns number. We will refund you in full less a 20% restocking charge. You are responsible for the delivery charges for returning items. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be credited.

- My item has arrived damaged or faulty.
If the item has arrived damaged in transit, please write ‘damaged’ on the delivery note when signing for the delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods stating which part/s of the item are damaged. If the item is found to be faulty you must inform us within 3 days of delivery. If more than 3 days have elapsed we will use our discretion as to whether or not to replace a faulty item. Claims will only be settled after the damaged or faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced.

- Why is there not free delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, etc?
We incur a surcharge from the couriers for delivery to these locations, therefore we have to pass this surcharge onto the customer. The delivery price will vary depending on which item/s you order and your delivery address. Please use the ‘Delivery Calculator’ to calculate the delivery price.

- Can you ship to overseas?
Please contact us stating which particular item/s you are interested in purchasing and also state your required delivery address. We will then contact you with our most competitive delivery quotation.
