Delivery is FREE to all addresses within the yellow areas on the map.

If your delivery address is NOT within the yellow areas, or you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order as you may incur a delivery charge. If the delivery address of your order is subject to a delivery charge and you proceed to the checkout without adding the correct amount to your basket, this will delay your order until we receive the correct payment.

Customers outside the UK - Please contact us to get a quote for shipping costs BEFORE placing your order.

Most items are despatched within 5 working days by private courier. Item/s will normally be delivered Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm.

If you require your order urgently please contact us immediately stating which product/s you need and what date you need them delivered by, we will do our very best to help.

Different items are sometimes sent via different couriers. If you have ordered different items you may not receive all your items together at the same time. If you have not received your item/s after 10 working days please contact us with your order details.

On rare occasions some items may not be available immediately and there may be a waiting period. Marquees2buy will keep the customer informed about the status of their order if delays are expected, in this instance any customer wishing to cancel their order is entitled to do so prior to the despatch of their item with a full refund. Items damaged in transit or found to be faulty

If the item has arrived damaged in transit, you must write ‘damaged’ on the delivery note when signing for the delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods stating which part/s of the item are damaged.

If the item is found to be faulty you must inform us within 3 days of delivery. If more than 3 days have elapsed we will use our discretion as to whether or not to replace a faulty item.

Claims for faulty or damaged items will only be settled after the damaged or faulty goods have been returned by Recorded Delivery or Registered Post with the nature of the fault clearly stated.

Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced.

If you change your mind about an item and would like to return it you will need to return the item to us within 7 days from delivery by Recorded Delivery or Registered Post in perfect re-saleable condition, still in original packaging. Before returning, please contact us stating the reason for return and we will issue a returns number. We will refund you the full price of the item only less a 20% restocking charge. Payment of any outward surcharges and delivery charges for returning items are non-refundable. Returned cancelled goods are your responsibility until they reach us, and we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
